We begin by pre-qualifying the raw material we use. Only the cleanest and freshest bark is allowed into the production stream. The bark is stored under cover and on concrete pads to limit contact with dirt and debris.

All products are then manufactured under stringent production standards. We use only mechanical grinding processes and never use any chemicals or additives at any point during the production cycle.

The manufacturing process is continually monitored and product quality is consistently checked with multiple tests. These tests are performed as each pallet of product is being manufactured.

Every bark product is tagged with the results of our quality monitoring, product samples are retained for future analysis, and each shipment is logged with identification numbers for easy reference.
